It Started With a Mirror

I know what it feels like to dread getting dressed before the gym.

Growing up, I was bullied because of how my body looked.

The comments, the stares, the whispers — they followed me everywhere, including into every locker room. Going to the gym meant facing all of that head-on.

I wanted to train, I wanted to change, but I couldn’t even find gym clothes that made me feel like I belonged there.

So I trained anyway. Showing up every single day, even when it was uncomfortable, even when I didn’t look like anyone else in the room.

Slowly, I became a different version of myself — not just physically, but mentally. And somewhere along the way, I realized: the right gear mattered.

Not because of how it looked to others, but because of how it made me feel about myself.

That feeling — of putting on something that fits, that moves with you, that makes you want to walk into the gym with your head up — is exactly what I built Gymverse to give you.
