Returns & Exchanges
Customer satisfaction is our top priority at Gymverse.
If your order doesn’t work out for any reason, we are happy to help.
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for items that are:
• Unworn
• Unwashed
• In original condition
• With original tags attached
Items that show signs of wear, washing, damage, or missing tags may not be eligible for return.
Return Options
Exchanges
If the size or color didn’t fit quite right, you can exchange your item for another size or color, depending on availability.
If the item is out of stock when the return is processed, store credit may be issued.
Store Credit
You can choose to receive store credit instead of a refund.
Store credit allows you to purchase any item from Gymverse at a later time.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.
Original shipping costs from the order are non-refundable.
Processing Time
Returns and exchanges are typically processed within 4–7 business days after the returned package arrives at our facility.
Once your return is processed, you will receive an email confirmation.
Important Things To Know
• Items must be returned in original condition with tags attached
• Items returned that were not purchased from Gymverse will not be processed
• Returns that do not meet our policy may be rejected
• Separate return requests must be submitted for each order
• We reserve the right to refuse returns if unusual or excessive return activity is detected
International Orders
Customers outside Canada are responsible for:
• Customs duties
• Taxes
• Return shipping costs

Retail Store Purchases
Items purchased in-store at Gymverse Red Deer must be returned directly to the same retail location where they were purchased.
Online orders cannot currently be returned at our retail store location.
