  • All standard orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
  • Expedited orders placed after 2 PM MST will be processed the next business day.
  • Please note we do not ship on weekends or Canadian holidays and carriers also do not deliver on these days.

SHIPPING OPTIONS & ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES

Canada

  • Standard Shipping: 5–8 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1–2 business days

Expedited and Express options are guaranteed within the timeframe promised, which does not include weekends and holidays.

If delivery falls outside the expected window, customers are eligible for a refund on the shipping cost.

Delays that are outside of our control may affect standard shipping delivery times and we are not liable for these.

International

Some countries may not have all options available.

  • Standard International: 7–21 business days
  • Priority International: 5–14 business days
  • DHL Worldwide Express: 2–5 business days
  • UPS Expedited: 3–7 business days

Delivery times are estimations and vary based on destination and customs clearance.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method for international addresses.

  • Free standard shipping on Canadian orders over $100 CAD (after discounts applied)
  • Standard shipping under $100 CAD: $8.99
  • Expedited Shipping: $18.99
  • Express Shipping: $34.99

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.


SPLIT SHIPMENTS

Some orders may arrive in multiple shipments due to item availability or fulfillment centre locations. You'll receive tracking for each package if applicable.


CUSTOMS & DUTIES (INTERNATIONAL ORDERS)

Customs fees, duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated on the shipping option. We do not cover any customs delays.

If a package is refused, we will only issue a refund for the order minus the original shipping cost.


ADDRESS ISSUES

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing an order.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses and would not issue a refund or credit for such situations.


DELIVERED PACKAGES

Once the package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not liable for lost or stolen packages. If this occurs, please contact the carrier directly to start an investigation.

We are not liable to issue any refund or credit as the carrier confirms delivery of the package.

If the address provided is a freight forwarding or 3rd party shipping company, we are not liable for the package or its contents after delivery regardless of whether shipping protection was purchased.
